Service Description
Join us for a fun and exhilarating Zumba class at My Studio F! Our experienced instructors will guide you through a high-energy workout that combines dance and fitness moves to get your heart pumping and your body moving. Best of all, our FREE Zumba class on Saturdays at BHASVIC at 9:30 is open to all fitness levels and is a great way to give back to our local community. While the class is free, donations are welcome and will go towards covering all costs. Don't miss out on the most enjoyable class ever

In the event I am injured, I voluntarily agree to assume any financial obligation, either through personal health insurance, or through some other means, for any medical costs which I incur and My Studio F and the Instructor teaching the Class assumes no responsibility for any medical expenses, injury, or personal damage.
