  • Are there any toilet and changing facilities at the venue?
    Due to current COVID restrictions the venue is not allowing the use of internal facilities, however we are next to Hove Park where the public toilets are open from 8a.m to 6p.m.
  • How will you be making fitness classes safe?
    In terms of fitness and instruction, the instructors for the classes are professionaly trained and certified in the activity delivered by them, they are also trained and certified as First Aiders. Additionaly to this we will be following Goverment COVID-19 guidance for outdoors group classes.
  • Are bags allowed to be taken into the venue?
    For classes outdoor there aren't restrictions for bringing bags. However, we recomend to be responsible for your personal belongings as we can not be responsible for them.
  • Do we need to wear a face mask at the venue?
    Due to COVID-19 guidance the use of face masks when arriving to the venue is mandatory unless exempt. During the class it is not recomended to wear a face mask. Please make sure that once the class is finished wear your face mask again.
  • Will you be checking temperatures?
    Yes, we will be taking temperatures readings when you arrive to the venue. This will be done with a digital infrared thermometer.
  • What should I wear? Do I need to bring anything with me?
    We recommend that you wear fitness clothing and trainers appropriate for outdoor classes. Please bring your own bottle of water and small towel. Also, please bring a jumper/jacket as once the class is finished you may feeling very cold after exercising. If you are staying for the extra workout, it would be good for you to bring a yoga mat, just in case we do any floor work.
  • Where can I park my car?
    There are free parking bays around Hove Park. We recommend that you arrive early to find spaces. The closest areas to the venue from the park is if you park at the bottom of The Droveway or Woodruff Avenue.
  • Can I get to the venue using public transport?
    Yes, the closest bus stop is by Waitrose on Nevill Road (3 minutes walk to the venue). The route number 5B is the one for this bus stop.
  • If I cycle to the venue, is there anywhere safe where I can park my bicycle?"
    Yes, in the venue there is a bicycle shelter, but you must have your own lock to secure it.
  • Will I be able to stay after class and chat with my Zumba friends who I haven't seen in months?
    We completely understand that you want to finally enjoy the company of your Zumba friends. As soon we finish the class, due to COVID-19 guidance, we ask everyone to please leave the facility. However, the area outside of the venue is Hove Park, therefore there will be plenty of room to catch up with friends. Please remember rule of six.
  • What happens in case of bad weather?
    For health and safety reasons, such as slippery floor, we will cancel the class no later than 90 minutes prior to commencing the class. You will receive a notification email about this. We will also try to send you a text message if you have given us your number. If you have paid for the class, you will receive by email a coupon code for the value of the class to redeem within a month. If you redeem the coupon and that class is also cancelled you will receive a further coupon.
  • What happens if I am feeling unwell on the day of the class?
    We will need 8 hours notice (evening classes) and 3 hours (morning classes) notice to cancel your booking. You will receive a coupon to transfer your class for another day. This must be redeemed within a month.
  • What happens if I am feeling unwell after I attend your class?
    Please notified inmediately of your symptoms. If you are presenting COVID-19 symptoms, please let us know as soon you know it. We will need to commence COVID-19 procedures for track and trace after a symptomatic or positive case has been identified in our classes.
  • I am out of shape, is this class good for me?"
    Our classes are designed for all fitness levels and it is foine if you cannot maintain the same pace as other in the class. Please allow your body to start gradually building the fitness level that you had pre-pandemic or that you would like to achieve. It may take sometime, but that depends on how frequently you do the classes and how much you push yourself each time. The more moderate your pace, the better you will feel.
  • Do I have to be able to dance to do this class?
    No, all of our classes are designed for all levels. So no worries as we always have a mixture of fitness and dance levels in every class.
  • I am pregnant, can I still join this class?"
    Please make sure that you have clearance from your GP doctor to do this class. We also recommend to avoid this and other fitness activities during the first trimester of your pregnacy and minimun 12 weeks after childbirth.
  • Can I sign up for less than 12 months?
    Due to the number of features offered in each plan and the great value price, we can only offer our plans if you sign up for a 12 month contract.
  • Can I have a discount if I pay 12 months in advance?
    Of course you can! If you pay for 12 months in advance, we will reward you with a 5% discount to say thanks (this is equivalent to half a month for free). To do this, you will need to contact us directly by email.
  • If I have the MSF Elite plan, will I receive a guest pass by email?"
    When you are ready to bring along a friend, you will need to request your pass by email. At the moment we don't have the facility to generate it automatically when you sign up. You wont be able to accumulate any unused passes. For example, if you haven't claimed any passes in the first three months, you won't be able to claim 3 passes in one month. You can only claim one pass per month.
